护理干预在预防甘露醇所致静脉炎中的应用效果

Applied effect of nursing intervention for prevention of phlebitis caused by mannitol

[目的]探讨护理干预在预防甘露醇所致静脉炎中的应用效果。[方法]将102例使用静脉留置针输注甘露醇病人随机分为观察组与对照组,各51例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组实行针对性的护理干预,比较两组静脉炎发生率及静脉留置针留置时间。[结果]观察组静脉炎发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),留置针的留置时间较对照组延长(P<0.05)。[结论]护理干预能有效预防甘露醇所致静脉炎的发生,并且能够延长静脉留置针使用时间。

Objective：To probe into the applied effect of nursing intervention for prevention of phlebitis caused by mannitol. Methods：A total of 102 cases of patients receiving intravenous infusion of mannitol by intravenous catheter were randomly divided into observation group and the control group,51 cases in each. In the observation group, targeted nursing intervention was used for observation group patients, while routine nursing strategies was performed for control group patients. The incidence of phlebitis and venous catheter in- dwelling time were compared between both groups. Results：The incidence of phlebitis in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group（P〈 0. 05）, and the venous catheter indwelling time in observation group was longer than that in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Nursing intervention can significantly prevent occurrence of phlebitis caused by mannitol,and can prolonged the time of use of intravenous catheter.
