高职汽车制造与装配专业人才培养模式探索

A Probe into the Training Mode of Professional Talents for Automobile Manufacturing and Assembling in Higher Vocational Education

针对如何培养适应市场需求的具有高技能的汽车制造与装配专业技术人才,提出了"2334素质+技能"专业人才培养模式:以技能教育和素质教育为中心,至少有两本职业技能资格证在手,具有基本能力、核心能力及拓展能力,重点抓好三个平台(学习领域平台、校内实训平台、校外顶岗平台)建设,最终使学生具备四种能力(专业能力、方法能力、创新能力、社会能力),从而适应工作岗位要求和社会要求。

In order to develop professional and technical talents with high skills of automobile manufacturing and assembling to meet the market demand,the training mode of ＂2334 quality and skill＂ professional talents is put forward.Namely,based on skill education and quality education,the mode should make the trainees gain at least two professional qualifications with basic,core and developing abilities.＂Three＂ platforms（learning platform,practical training platform and outside working platform） have to be focused to ultimately enable students to have four kinds of abilities（professional ability,method ability,innovation ability and social ability）,which enable the trainees to adapt to the professional and social requirements finally.
