新建本科院校囿于历史积淀不深、办学基础较差、地方支持有限等因素,借助外力发展成为了提升办学水平的有效途径之一。毕节学院在接受西南大学对口支援工作中,按照主动、双赢、创新的受援工作思路,通过构建服务地方学科专业体系、提高师资水平和人才培养质量、开展科研合作进行协同创新等途径,有效推动了学校的内涵提升和跨越发展,逐渐形成了办学特色和优势。

Due to the short history,poor foundation,limited support of local government,etc,the help of other university has become one of the most effective way to enhance the level of running university for the newly built undergraduate universities.With the help of Southwest University counterpart support work,according to the work train of thought of initiative,win-win,innovation,Bijie University has established the local discipline and course system,enhanced the level of the staff and the quality of personnel training and carried out scientific research cooperation in collaborative innovation,which effectively promoted school connotation and span development,and gradually formed the characteristics and advantages.
