高职院校实践教学的问题及对策分析——以重庆水利电力职业技术学院为例

The Problems and Countermeasures Analysis of Practice Teaching of Higher Vocational Colleges——A Case Study of Chongqing Water Resources and Electric Engineering College

针对当前高职院校实践教学运行与管理存在的突出问题,通过对重庆水利电力职业技术学院在教学模式、师资队伍建设、教学过程管理等方面的实践研究,提出了改革实训基地管理体制、加强实践教学过程管理、发挥实训设备功效等提升实践教学整体水平的路径。希望通过建成具有高水平、与企业对接紧密的实训中心,建立以典型工作项目为主体的实践教学体系,以促进实践教学和管理,进而促进高职院校人才培养质量的显著提升。

In view of the current outstanding problems in the operation and management of practice teaching in higher vocational colleges,based on the practice research of teaching mode,staff training,teaching management in Chongqing Water Resources and Electric Engineering College,some measures were proposed,such as the reform of practice base management system,strengthening the practice teaching process management,developing training equipment effect,improving the whole level of practice teaching path,building with a high level,and enterprise docking close training center,setting up a typical project as the main body of the practical teaching system,so as to promote the practice teaching and management level significantly increased,to improve the quality of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges.
