摘要
本研究采用问卷调查形式,以浙江师范大学社团干部为研究对象,对高校社团干部进行了领导能力五个层面的探析,即建立愿景、知人达变、个人素养、企划评鉴、沟通协调。研究发现,当前高校社团干部领导能力各层面在性别、年资和职称上存在显著差异,且社团干部领导能力在企划评鉴层面欠佳。为此,高校及辅导教师应加强对社团干部领导能力的培养和训练,社团干部本身也应以身作则,提升和完善个人领导能力各层面素养。
This paper is the questionnaire survey.It takes community cadres of Zhejiang Normal University as an example.It will carry on study of leadership from five aspects,such as establishing a vision,conveying one's idea;self-quality;planning and evaluation;communication and coordination.Through the study we found that there were significant differences in gender,seniority,and job title with the different levels of the leadership.And we also found that the planning and evaluation level is poor.So the universities and the tutors should strengthen training the leadership of the community cadres,and the community cadres themselves should set good examples and improve the personal different levels of the leadership.
