摘要
新建本科院校教学质量监控体系尚存在教学质量监控机构不健全、教学质量监控制度不完备以及教学质量监控过程不科学等普遍问题。遵循人性化、协商式、低重心创新思路,成立专门的教学质量监控机构,实行管评分离,完善教学质量监控制度,改进教学质量监控过程,是健全教学质量监控体系的必要措施。
There are many problems in the monitoring system of teaching quality of newly founded undergraduate colleges such as no independent administrative department and incomplete rules and regulations.A new teaching quality monitoring system with humanity,consultation and basic level is introduced in this paper and some measures such as establishing independent administrative department,improving the system of teaching quality and the monitoring process are put forward subsequently.
