摘要
实验以某火电厂失活催化剂作为实验原料,利用高效再生液专利技术进行试验对其进行再生,并将失活、再生后和新鲜催化剂通过比表面积仪、FT-IR、XRD、SEM等表征手段进行了评定、对比与分析,确定催化剂失活原因。在搭建的再生评价装置上对催化剂再生前后的性能进行实验对比。实验发现再生催化剂的整体性能基本恢复,甚至比新鲜催化剂还略微高效,分析得到温度对催化剂性能的两重性,最终得出再生液对可再生的失活催化剂的再生效果显著,为工业催化剂再生提供了理论依据和试验基础。
The experiment was taken with the material such as deactivated catalyst from some heat-engine plant,and take advantage of the patent of high efficiency regeneration liquid to regenerate the deactivated catalyst and evaluate,compare and analyze the deactivated,regenerated and fresh catalysts via methods of characterization detection such as the specific instrument,FT-IR,XRD,SEM to determine the deactivation reason.Then after experiment with the three kinds of catalysts on the device used to evaluate the effects of regenerated catalysts,the experiment found that after regeneration the overall performance of catalyst recoveries and even more active than the fresh;and that the temperature has the inverse effects for the catalyst performance.The paper reached a conclusion that the regeneration liquid has significant effects on the reproducible catalyst,and provide theory evidence and experimental basis for industrial catalyst regeneration.
