摘要
本文介绍一种用VMOSFET产生高频大幅度纳秒脉冲的实用电路.作者经过理论分析和多次实验,利用VN66AD器件研制成在50Ω负载电阻上产生幅度为35v,前后沿小于8ns,脉冲幅度和宽度连续调节,重复频率高于15MHz的脉冲源.为高速脉冲源的研制、应用展示了更广阔的前景.
This paper introduces a practical circuit for generation of nanosecond pulse by VMOS FET with high frequency and high amplitude. By analysis and experiments the authors develop a pulse generator by FET model VN66AD, which derives greater than 30V on 5011 with rise and fall time less than 8ns. The pulse amplitude and width can be adjusted and the frequency can be varied from low to 17MHz. The circuit has wide aspect of application in pulse generation.
