摘要
利用Y151型纤维摩擦系数仪、JN-B型精密扭力天平测量玄武岩单丝的动静摩擦因数,XQ-1单纤维强力仪测量两种不同粗细丝束的单丝强力;利用Instron 5565万能强力仪测量丝束的强力、伸长、松弛性、酸碱处理前后强力的变化及高温处理前后强力的变化.实验结果表明,玄武岩单丝表面摩擦因数小,强力高;玄武岩丝束拉伸强度高,耐酸碱性较好,耐高温性能好;玄武岩丝束耐酸性要比耐碱性强.无论是在酸性还是在碱性条件下,玄武岩丝束的断裂强度常温下比在70℃强.
Y151 fiber friction coefficient tester and JN-B precision torsion balance were used to measure the static and dynamic friction coefficient of basalt filaments, and single yarn strength of two different fineness tow were measured by XQ-1 single fiber strength instrument. Instron 5565 was used to measure elongation at break, relaxation of tow, changes in the strength before and after acid and alkali treatment and changes in the strength before and after high temperature treatment. Experiments show that the sur- face friction coefficient of basalt filaments is small and strength is high; tow basalt has high tensile strength, good acid and alkali resistance and good high temperature performance. The acid resistance is stronger than alkali resistance about tow basalt. Whether it is under acidic or alkaline conditions, tow basalt breaking strength are better at room temperature than 70℃.
