摘要
针对高速卷绕头卷绕化纤丝饼直径为290~300mm时卡盘轴的振动问题,采用理论模态分析和实验模态分析方法分别获得卡盘轴的前四阶固有频率和模态振型,实验模态分析方法和理论模态分析的结果基本一致.证明理论模态分析的正确性,为优化卡盘轴的结构参数提供理论依据.
The high-speed winder chuck shaft is vibrated when the range of chemical fiber spinning cake diameter is 290-300mm, the first four natural frequencies and mode shapes were acquired by using the theoretical modal analysis method and the experimental modal analyis method,and the analysis are basically consistent. The correctness of theoretical modal analysis is proved, so it can provide a basis for optimizing the design parameters of the chuck shaft.
