CT在甲状旁腺囊肿诊断和鉴别诊断中的价值

目的探讨CT在甲状旁腺囊肿诊断和鉴别诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析12例经手术及病理证实的甲状旁腺囊肿的CT表现，观察甲状旁腺囊肿部位、形态、上下径与前后径比值、甲状旁腺囊肿与甲状腺组织交界区形态及CT值。结果12例甲状旁腺囊肿均位于气管食管沟及气管旁与颈总动脉之间，其中2例延伸至上纵隔，8例形态不规则，10例上下径与前后径比值〉1，12例甲状旁腺囊肿与甲状腺组织交界区见线状低密度影。CT值7～30Hu，平均CT值15．8Hu。结论气管食管沟及气管旁与颈总动脉之间形态不规则、上下径与前后径比值〉1、与甲状腺交界区见线状低密度影、CT值为7～30HU之间等CT征象的囊性病变，有助于甲状旁腺囊肿的诊断。

Objective To assess the value of computed tomgraphy（CT） in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of parathyroid cyst. Methods 12 cases of parathyroid cyst which were confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed,observing the location, shape,longitudinal-transverse ratio,shape between prarthyroid cyst and thyroid around and CT attenuation of the cyst. Results 12 cases of parathyroid cyst were all located at tracheoesophageal groove or the area between trachea and carotid artery. 2 cases were extend to superior mediastinum ,8 cases had irregular shape ,longitudinal-transverse ratio 〉1 were found in 10 cases ,and threadiness lower density between cyst and thyroid around were found in all cases.The CT attenuation were range from 7Hu to 30 Hu,and the mean CT attenuation was 15.8Hu.Conclusions The cyst located at tracheoesophageal groove or between trachea and carotid artery which had irregular shape, longitudinal-transverse ratio〉 l, CT attenuation range from 7Hu to 30Hu and threadiness lower density between cyst and thyroid around were significantly for the diagnosis of parathyroid cyst
