螺旋CT三维重建在髋关节外伤检查中的价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨螺旋CT三维重建在髋关节外伤临床检查中的价值。方法回顾分析30例髋关节外伤均经多排螺旋CT按照骨盆常规扫描条件进行容积扫描的病例。男18例,女12例,年龄28~72岁。扫描后再行薄层图像重建,然后利用后处理软件MPR、SSD及VR分别对髋关节进行成像。结果全组病例三维重建均显示良好,髋臼骨折22例、股骨头骨折3例、脱位伴骨折5例。MPR显示骨折30例,显示碎骨片23例。SSD显示骨折26例,显示碎骨片18例。VR显示骨折18例。结论多排螺旋CT三维重建是一种显示髋关节形态的最佳方法,及其强大的后处理功能在外伤性髋关节脱位的诊断中具有极高的临床价值,并日益成为最常用的首选检查方法。 Objective To discuss the clinical value of three-dimensional reconstruction using multislice spiral computed tomography in hip trauma. Methods The volume scans according to conveutional pelvic scan were performed in 30 cases with hip trauma by multislice spiral computed tomography, Of these cases, 18 were male, 12 were female, age 28-72 years, and then the images in thin slice of low and high contrast were reconstructed. After that, all the source images were transfered into CT 3D work stations, images such as multiplanar reconstructions ( MPR ) , surface shade display ( SSD ) and Volume Rendering ( VR ) were obtained. Result All post process images that obtained from the MSCT showed all patients, 22 with acetabular fractures, 3 with femoral head fractures, and 5 with hips dislocation. The fractures were showed in 30 cases by MRP, 26 cases by SSD and 18 cases by VR. The pieces of fracture in the hip joint were showed 23 cases by MRP, 18 cases by SSD. Conclusion The three- dimensional reconstruction using multislice spiral computed tomography is an optimum method which shows hip shape, and its powerful post-processing function in diagnosis of traumatic hip joint dislocation has high clinical value, which becomes the first choice for the most commonly used methods.
