摘要 大豆油脱臭馏出物的甲酯化是从大豆油脱臭馏出物中提取天然生育酚的重要的前处理步骤。对甲酯化反应的催化剂进行了优选,在此基础上研究了催化剂用量、反应时间、反应温度、醇油比等因素对酯化率的影响,并通过正交实验设计及极差分析得到该反应的最优条件。在最优条件下进行验证实验,酯化率为97.53%,α-生育酚回收率达99.97%。 Methyl esterification of soybean oil deodorized distillate (SODD) is an important pre - process step of isolating natural toeopherol from SODD. After choosing a preferred catalyst of the reaction, the impacts of the dosage of catalyst, reaction time, reaction temperature and the ratio of methyl and SODD on the esterifieation rate were investigated. The optimal experimental condition was obtained by Orthogonal experimental which the esterification rate was high to 97.53%, and the recovery of α - tocooherol design and Range was 99.97%. analysis, at
