摘要
以硅酸乙酯为原料,乙醇为溶剂,磷钨酸为负载物,通过溶胶凝胶法制备负载磷钨酸的二氧化硅固体催化剂。正交实验优选出脱硫最佳条件为:氧化剂过氧化氢用量为4 mL,催化剂用量为3 g,反应温度为50℃,反应时间为90min。催化剂回收再利用率高。
In this experiment, TEOS as raw materials, ethanol as solvent, phosphotungstic acid load, loading phosphotungstic acid solid catalyst of silica has been made by sol - gel technique. With oxidant hydrogen peroxide for 4 mL, amount of catalyst for 3 g, the reaction temperature at 50℃, the reaction time for 90 min, the diesel has been desulfured.
