摘要 离子液体是一类与高温熔岩相类似的、完全由离子组成的新材料,所不同的是离子液体的熔点较低。离子液体具有宽的电化学窗口,优良的导电性,以及对金属较强的溶解能力,从而使得从离子液体电解液中能够电沉积出许多水溶液体系所无法得到的合金。综述了几种合金从离子液体电解液中电化学沉积的研究进展,并展望其发展趋势。 Ionic liquids are a new class of materials composed entirely of ions and in liquid state at unusually low temperature, which are similar as the high temperature molten salts. Due to their wide potential windows, high conduetivities and high solubility for metals, a wider range of alloys could be electrodeposited from ionic liquids, which could not be fulfilled in aqueous solution. The progress in elec- trodeposition of alloys from ionic liquid is described in this paper, and the future deelopment trends are also simply forecasted.
