摘要 以BY软琼脂为培养基对兔痒螨(Psoroptescuniculi)进行离体培养,考察培养温度、湿度及培养基pH等因素对兔瘁螨存活率的影响,并通过正交试验优选兔瘁螨的培养条件。结果表明,对兔痒螨存活率影响的因素由大到小依次为温度、湿度和pH,最佳培养条件为培养温度18℃,相对湿度959/5,培养基pH6~8。在最佳培养条件下,70h兔痒螨存活率为86.5%。低温和高湿环境有利于兔痒螨的存活,而兔痒螨对酸碱度有一定耐受性。 Psoroptes cuniculi individuals were cultured in BY soft agar culture medium in vitro, the effects of cultured temperature, relative humidity and pH on the mite growth were investigated, and the best cul- ture conditions in vitro for the mites were optimized through orthogonal design. The results showed that the effect on the survival rate of the mites was cultured temperature 〉 relative humidity 〉 pH, and the optimized conditions for the mite growth were temperature 18℃, relative humidity 95% and pH 6-8. Un- der such conditions, the survival rate of the mites was 86.5% in 70 h. The low temperature and high hu- midity were conducive to the mite growth,and the mites were tolerant to pH.
