摘要 60 Hz机型是出口到中东市场的发电汽轮机组。汽轮机低压缸的设计如何提高其静刚度和避开60 Hz的振动频率是机组振动满足设计要求的重要因素。本文采用三维有限元分析方法,建立低压外缸的有限元模型,进而计算了低压缸的变形、静刚度、固有频率和动响应。计算结果直接指导了低压缸的方案设计。该机组在启动和运行过程中,振动指标完全满足了机组正常运行的要求,计算结果与实际情况较好吻合,这说明数值分析方法可作为低压缸设计的重要手段,确保其安全可靠性。 Steam turbines produced by DEC for 60Hz generators has been is exported to the Middle East market. When designing the LP casing of 60Hz steam turbine, it is essential to increase stiffness of the casing and prevent its sympathetic vibration at the frequency of 60Hz. Based on the FEA them)', a three dimensional finite element model of LP casing to analyze the deformation, stiffness, frequency and dynamic response was developed, where the results of calculations have been used to guide the design. In both the start- up and operation stages of the units, slight vibration was observed so that the steam turbine could run well, proving that the results of calculations eonforms to the required conditions. It also shows the numerical analysis method can proviede usable data output fnr LP casing design and can enhance its reliability.
