摘要
通过对风扇特性的研究,合理选择离心风扇的结构型式进行尺寸计算。在此基础上,用有限元法对风扇的强度进行了校核,进一步分析了结构参数对强度的影响,找出容易破坏的热点区域进行结构优化,创新性提出分区式风扇的概念。
This paper describes the optimized selection and calculations of structural parameters of centrifugal fan based on observations and research on its performaces. Based on this, structural strengths of the fan are verified by meatus of the finite element method. The paper further analyses the interrelation between the parameters and strengths revealing areas where damages and failares are likely to occur, followed optimized structural parameters for the fan based on an innovative concept of partition-type fan.
