介绍了EPC项目管理模式下如何实现前期营销以及在项目实施过程中配套设备和物资采购的流程化管理。通过实现EPC项目全过程流程化管理,可提高项目管理效率,防范和应对项目实施风险,确保EPC项目顺利实施,进而提升项目管理水平和EPC项目市场竞争力和执行力。
This paper presents the routine procedures of marketing for award of EPC contracts, the procurement of equipment and materials for implementing the projects. Through the management of the whole process of implementation of EPC project, the prelect management productivity is increased, the smooth implementation of EPC project is ensured and the project risk is prevented. The project management level, the market competitiveness and the executive ability can be enhanced.
