摘要 目的探索加热灭活和不加热活的双歧杆菌对Galectin-1细胞的黏附作用及其对肠道常见致病菌黏附拮抗作用。方法通过黏附试验,用光镜分析加热灭活和不加热活的双歧杆菌对Galectin-1细胞的黏附指数。通过排除试验、竞争试验和替代试验,应用平板扩散法观察了加热灭活和不加热活的双歧杆菌的代谢乏液对侵袭性大肠杆菌、伤寒沙门菌和痢疾志贺菌的黏附拮抗作用。结果加热灭活和不加热活的双歧杆菌对Galectin-1细胞均有较强的黏附作用;加热灭活和不加热活的双歧杆菌对肠道侵袭性大肠杆菌、伤寒沙门菌和痢疾志贺菌均表现了较强的黏附拮抗作用。结论灭活状态的双歧杆菌相对于活菌有更强的黏附拮抗作用,显示其作为益生菌的广泛应用情景。 Objective To explore the adhesive ability of Bifidobacterium in living and heat-killed states to Galectin-1 cell. Competitive inhibition of adherence of Bifidobacterium in two states to enteroinvasive E.coli., Salmonella typhimurium and Shigella dysenteriae were observed. Methods The adherence indexes of Bifidobacterium in two different biological states to Galectin-1 were observed by adherence test. We also explored the antagonistic effects of Bifidobacterium in two states to enteroinvasive E.coli., Salmonella typhimurium and ShigeUa dysenteriae by exclusion test, competition replacement test. Results The difference of the adherence indexes between the living and the heat-killed Bifidobacterium has no significance. Both of the two biological states of Bifidobacterium had great antagonistic activities against intestinal pathogen of enteroinvasive E.coli., Salmonella typhimurium and Shigella dysenteriae. Conclusion Heat-killed Bifidobacterium also has the potential value as probiotics.
