红腺忍冬的扦插繁殖体系研究 被引量:13

摘要 为建立红腺忍冬的高效繁殖体系,提高红腺忍冬的繁殖率,满足红腺忍冬种苗的市场需求,从而推进广西本地山银花品种——红腺忍冬的推广和发展,从扦插繁殖的基质、生长激素、扦插季节等方面对红腺忍冬进行扦插繁殖研究。红腺忍冬嫩枝扦插的最优处理为NAA40mg/L浸泡为4h,生根率为70.37%,其次为较优激素组合为IAA40mg/L+IBA40mg/L浸泡4h,生根率为51.85%;IAA40mg/L+NAA40mg/L浸泡4h,生根率为55.56%;NAA40mg/L+IBA20mg/L,NAA40mg/L+IBA40mg/L,浸泡4h,其生根率均为50%;以上各处理的平均生根数均达4条/株,平均根长均大于3cm。最佳的扦插季节为3月,生根率达72.22%;最佳扦插基质为红泥土:细河沙=2:1,生根率达68.54%;红腺忍冬硬枝扦插的较优激素处理为IAA300mg/L浸泡插穗2h,生根率为59.13%,平均生根数为10.08条/株,平均根长为8.38cm,最大根长为16.93cm,愈伤组织形成率为33.37%;生根促进剂处理S2(国光生根粉),生根率为52.67%,平均生根数为9.34条/株,平均根长为8.36cm,最大根长为15.5cm,愈伤组织形成率为35.67%。选择在适宜的时期、适宜的温湿度条件、适宜的扦插基质以及较优的激素处理,可以提高红腺忍冬的扦插成活率。 To establish a highly efficient propagation system of Lonicera hypoglauca Miq. and improve its the reproductive rate, to meet the market demand of its germchit and promote its extension and development, the author researched on cutting propagation of Lonicera hypoglauca Miq. by cutting medium, hormone, months and so on. The best suitable hormone was NAA 40 mg/L with immersion 4 h, the rooting rate was 70.37%, the better suitable hormone combination was IAA 40 mg/L+IBA 40 mg/L, IAA 40 mg/L+NAA 40 mg/L, NAA 40 mg/L+IBA 20 mg/L, NAA 40 mg/L+IBA 40 mg/L, the rooting rate was higher than 50%. The best month of twig cutting of Lonicera hypoglauca Miq. was March, the rooting rate was 72.22% . All above of the average number of rooting was 4 more each plant, and the average root length was longer than 3 cm. The best hormone of hardwood cutting of Lonicera hypoglauca Miq. was IAA 300 mg/L with immersion 2 h, the rooting rate was 59.13% , the average number of rooting was 10.08 each plant, and the average root length was 8.38 cm, the longest root length was 16.93 cm, the inductive rates of callus tissue was 33.37%. The best rooting powder was S2 (Guoguang rooting powder), the rooting rate was 52.67%, the average number of rooting was 9.34 each plant, the average root length was 8.36 cm, the longest root length was 15.5 cm, the inductive rates of callus tissue was 35.67%. Suitable month, suitable condition of temperature and humidity, suitable cutting medium, and suitable hormone treatment was used, could improve the cutting survival rate of Lonicera hypoglauca Miq.
