分流式电导含水率计测量区域流场分布与实验比较 被引量:2

摘要 应用计算机流体力学软件FLUENT6.3对分流法电导含水率计进行数值模拟。利用仿真软件得到不同流量下仪器进液口附近流体速度矢量图、仪器测量区域油水分布图和高含水情况下持水率;对计算出的持水率结果与室内实验结果进行比较。油相主要沿进液口壁面进入测量区域,并在仪器测量区域内形成环状流;数值模拟计算出的持水率在高于10m3/d流量下与室内实验结果基本吻合,该模拟结果为进一步利用数值模拟技术对分流法高分辨电导含水率计参数优化提供参考依据。 The computer fluid dynamics software FLUENT6.3 is used to make numerical simulation for shunt conductance water-cut meter. We use simulation software to get fluid velocity vector map, oil-water distribution plot in the measurred area near the liquid inlet with different flows and water holdup, and then compare the calculated water holdup with the experimental result. The results show that. (1) The oil phase along the main liquid inlet wall goes into the measured area, and in the measured region forms as annular flow; (2) The calculated water holdup above 10 m^3/d is basically consistent with the experimental result, the simulated result provides a reference for further using numerical simulation technology in parameters optimization of high resolution divided-flow conductance water-cut meter.
