发达国家药品广告监管之道及对我国的启示

摘要 本文论述了国外药品广告监管之道以及完善我国药品广告监管模式的对策:我国可通过建立健全机构设置及法律法规体系、建立投诉机制、完善行业自律体系、鼓励全民参与监管、加大执法力度和违法惩处力度等措施来改善药品广告监管。
