摘要
介绍了某电厂同步建设烟气脱硝和无烟气旁路脱硫系统,采用三合一双级动叶可调轴流式引风机的情况,得出百万千瓦机组采用脱硝、脱硫增压风机和锅炉引风机三合一技术是可行的;提出了采用三合一引风机时与机组安全性和可靠性有关的几个问题,为大型火力发电厂辅机选型、调试、运行和辅机改造等方面提供了有益的参考。
An introduction is being presented to the three-in-one two-stage adjustable blade axial flow induced draft fan for the simultaneous use of flue gas denitration system and no-bypass flue gas desulfurization system in a power plant. It is pointed out that for 1 000 MW class power units, it is feasible to combine the denitration booster fan, the desulfurization booster fan and the boiler induced draft fan into an integral one. Problems concerning the safety and reliability of unit operation during the use of three-in- one induced draft fan are proposed, which may serve as a reference for the selection, commissioning, operation and improvement of auxiliaries for large thermal power plants.
