摘要
由于超临界机组的过热汽温和再热汽温的大滞后特性,要取得良好的控制效果非常困难。提出一种根据锅炉过热器和再热器的结构参数和热力参数建立过热汽温和再热汽温传递函数的方法.对大容量直流锅炉的过热器和再热器的动态特性进行定量计算,为电厂的控制系统仿真等提供了便利,有利于提高系统的控制品质。结果表明:通过该机理建模法建立的过热器和再热器模型与实测数据相比较,证实该方法准确而且简便。
To overcome the difficulty in obtaining good control effects for supercritical power unit due to the great lag characteristics of its superheated and reheated steam temperature, a method was proposed for establishing superheated and reheated steam temperature transfer function according to the structural and thermal parameters of boiler superheater and reheater, based on which the dynamic behaviors of superheater and reheater were quantitatively calculated for large-capacity once-through boilers, so as to provide convenience for power plants to perform control system simulation and to further improve the control quality of the system. Comparison results between calculated data with the newly built model and actual measurements prove the method to be facile and accurate.
