论述了水冷壁垢下腐蚀引起的鼓包、裂缝及爆管三种泄漏形态的特征和机理,强调了在垢下腐蚀初级阶段采取化学清洗等措施的必要性,提出了利用现代无损检测技术对水冷壁垢下腐蚀的缺陷进行诊断与处理的建议。
An introduction is being presented to three patterns of water wall leakage caused by under- deposit corrosion, such as swelling, cracking and tube burst, etc., to which chemical cleaning is suggested in the primary stage of under-deposit corrosion, and the significance is emphasized to diagnose and treat the defects of water wall under-deposit corrosion with modern nondestructive testing technologies.
