建设项目环保验收程序和配合工作分析

Analysis on The Procedure for The Acceptance of Environmental Protection and The Coordination in The Constructed Project

完善的建设项目环保验收程序可以使建设单位便捷和顺利地开展环保验收工作。建设单位与管理部门、监测部门的配合程度也直接影响到环保验收进度。从试生产(运行)环境保护核准、资料接洽、现场监测和报告编制等4个阶段对验收程序和配合工作进行了分析。并例举了江苏省环境监测中心在验收程序方面的新做法。

The well-established procedures of the environmental acceptance in the constructed project could conveniently and successfully promote the acceptance work of environmental protection for the construction company. In addition, the cooperation among the construction company, management, and the monitoring department could affect the process of the acceptance of environmental protection. This paper has analyzed the environmental protection examination during four stages such as the trial production （run） stage, the data connection stage, the on-site monitoring period, and report writing stage. In the end, the new approaches of the acceptance procedures in the Jiangsu Environmental Monitoring Center had been illustrated.
