唇腭裂患者正畸腭扩展治疗后牙弓颌骨变化的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 唇腭裂患者上颌修补术后由于瘢痕的影响,常导致上颌发育不足、牙弓狭窄,造成严重的错畸形。腭扩展是临床上常用于上颌发育不足和牙弓狭窄的治疗方式。本文对于各种唇腭裂患者经腭扩展治疗后牙性和骨性的改变、腭部体积的变化及扩展术后的稳定性做一综述。
