摘要 利用微波法对黄连中的黄连素进行提取研究,以提取率为评价指标,考察了硫酸浓度、辐射时间、辐射功率、料液体积比等不同条件对黄连素提取率的影响,并与其他方法做了比较,结果表明提取的最优条件为:辐射时间4min,硫酸浓度0.06mol/L,辐射功率中火,料液比1:80,所得最佳提取率为45.9%。对比现有的传统方法可知,微波法省时、易操作,黄连素的提取率可提高35%左右。 Using microwave method to extract berberine in coptis chinensis, extraction rate as the evaluation index, examines sulfuric acid concentration,the radiation time, radiation power, solid- liquid ratio to the influence of different conditions on berberine extraction rate, and has made the comparison with other methods. The results show the optimum conditions for extraction: radiation time 4rain, sulfuric acid concentration 0.06mol/L, the radiation power of fire, and solid - liquid ratio 1 : 80. The optimum extraction rate was 45.9%. Compared to the existing traditional method, microwave method is time - saving, easy to operate, and the extraction rate of berberine can increase about 35%.
