透明质酸交联微球的制备及性质研究

摘要 以己二酸二酰肼(ADH)为交联剂,通过超声乳化的方式对天然透明质酸(HA)进行交联修饰,得到粒径均匀的交联微球。通过不断调节交联比、水油比,确定HA与ADH的最佳交联比为1:1,水油比为1:4,乳化剂的量为油相的5%,所得微球的平均粒径为5~8μm,且生物相容性良好。 By using hexanedioic (ADH) as a crosslinker, the crosslinked microspheres of hyaluronic acid (HA) with uniform particle size were prepared by ultrasonic emulsifying method. By investigation of preparation conditions, the optimum ratios between HA and ADH, water and oil phase were 1 : 1 and 1:4 ; the amount of emulsifier was set as 5% of oil phase volume. Under the optimum condition, the average paadipic dihydrazide rticle size of prepared biocompatible microsphere was 5 ~ 8 μm.
