摘要
回顾了临氢降凝反应机理,临氢降凝催化剂的工业化现状以及常用分子筛ZSM-5的研究进展。对于临氢降凝,其催化剂要根据孔道结构、酸强度、加氢活性综合考虑;目前工业现状表明,催化脱蜡催化剂有被取代的趋势,但对加工环烷基油料仍存在一席之地;常用分子筛ZSM-5的改性在于调变分子筛酸性的基础上,合理的构造梯度孔结构,使其具有较好的反应性能。
Ab Development in hydrodewaxing process of lube base oil, including reaction mechanism, present industrialization development of catalysts and the ZSM -5 zeolite. The studies of reaction mechanism shows that the pore structure, acid strength and hydrogenation activity is critical for hydrodewaxing catalysts. Studies of present industrialization development of catalysts reveal that the dewaxing catalysts will be replaced, but they still exist in the process of naphthenic base oil. The modification of ZSM -5 zeolite that based on modification of acidity and the pore construct tailored hierarchial porous, have good on process.
