摘要
采用扫描电镜表征了瑞木红土镍矿的矿物结构。研究了溶样方法中的各种组合酸、加酸量及温度控制对电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定瑞木红土镍矿中元素Ni,Co,Mg,Al,Fe的影响。结果表明:瑞木红土镍矿中的Mg,Al部分存在于含硅的矿物中,为了能完全溶出红土镍矿中的Mg和Al,加入HF进行溶样是必要的。选用3 mL HCl,1 mL HNO3,1 mL的HF的优化组合酸溶样方法,能完全溶出瑞木红土镍矿试样,且不影响ICP-AES元素测定结果的准确性。
Scanning electron microscopy was employed to characterize the mineral configuration and component. The factors of the dissolution method, including the combination of acid and the acid quantity added as well as the heating temperature were studied on the determination of Ni,Co,Mg,Al,Fe in Ramu laterite nickel ore by ICP - AES. The analysis revealed that the presence of Mg and Al, existed in the silicon mineral partly and it was indispensable to add HF for the complete dissolution of nickel laterite ore. And the results showed that the complete dissolution can be obtained under the optimized dissolution method with an adoption of acid combination and its quantity: 3 mL HCl, 1 mLHNO3 and 1 mL HF.
