介绍了甲醇羰基合成醋酸产品的色度(铂一钴色号)超标的原因,通过运用优化操作和技术改造的手段,降低成品中的铁离子和碘含量,实现了醋酸产品色度稳定在优级品的目标。
This paper introduces chrominance (the chrominance number of platinum -cobalt) exceed the standard reasons of synthesizing acetic acid by methanol carbonylation, and the use of optimized operation and means of technological transformation, reduce iron ion and iodine content in finished products, realize the acetic acid product chrominance stability in high quality target.
