摘要
反渗透浓盐水三效蒸发结晶装置运行过程中结垢问题突出,引起蒸发器生产强度降低、蒸汽消耗量大、停车清洗除垢频繁等问题。为减缓蒸发器结垢速率并保证装置经济稳定运行,对导致蒸发器结垢现象的因素进行细致分析,提出相应的改进对策,并通过1m3/h试验装置对改进工艺进行试验验证。
The scaling problem was obvious during the operation of reverse osmosis concentrated water triple- effect evaporation and crystallization combined process device. Scaling could lead to a series of problems, such as decrease of the evaporation's production intensity, increase of steam consumption and frequency of descaling. In order to slow down the scaling rate and ensure economic and stable operation of the device, the factors, which caused the scaling problem, were analyzed in detail, and improvement countermeasures were gived. 1 m3/h test device was designed to test the feasibility of these measures.
