摘要
分析了我国多式联运信息服务平台的建设现状和问题根源,基于物联网架构提出了与我国多式联运信息服务现状相适应的平台体系框架和平台布局方法,阐述了各支撑系统的设计思路和建设方案,提出了信息服务平台发展协作方案,以保证平台的持续稳定建设.
The construction status and root problems of current multimodal transport information service platform is analyzed,a new platform framwork is proposed that based on IOT and a layout method,elaborates design ideas and construction programs for each support system,and presents developmental collaborative programs is presented in order to guarantee a steady construction.The platform is expected to achieve cross-sectoral,cross-industy,cross-regional information exchange between port and railway system,to promote the informational operation and full tracking of logistics business,so as to improve the overall operating efficiency.
