摘要
目的 了解端粒酶在急性白血病中的表达情况.方法 采用端粒重复扩增－银染法检测了37例急性白血病患者和18例正常对照的骨髓单个核细胞端粒酶表达.结果 急性白血病患者端粒酶阳性表达率较对照组显著升高(P＜0．001),且与临床疗效有一定关系.结论 端粒酶的激活在急性白血病的发生和发展中可能起着重要的作用.
Objective To study expression of telomerase in acute leukemia． Methods Telomerase repeat amplification protocol TRAP and dyed with silver was employed to measure telomerase in mononuclear cells of bone marrow extracted from 37 leukemic patients and 18 normal persons． Results Telomerase positive rate was significantly higher in acute leukemic than that in normal person P＜0．001 and the expression of telomerase was correlated with chemotherapeutic effect． Conclusion Telomerase activation may play an important role in leukemogenesis．
