摘要 基于非电量测量技术,采用热电偶及位移传感器分别采集焊接过程中的焊接热循环和产生的动态变形位移信号,然后通过采集卡进行模数转换,同时结合计算机人机交换作用,开发了焊接热循环与动态变形测量系统。试验结果表明,该系统能够满足焊接过程的变形测量要求,测量系统精度高,具有一定的通用性。同时,从测量结果可以得出,焊接动态变形曲线具有两个特征值,即下挠最大值点和上翘平衡点。两个特征点很好地反映了焊接加热和冷却过程中的内在特点。 Based on non-electricity measurement technology, the welding thermal cycle and dynamic displacement signal were acquired separately by adopting thermocouple and displacement sensor, then, the analog-digital conversion was conducted through acquisition card, at the same time, combined with human-machine exchange, the welding thermal cycle and dynamic deformation measurement system was developed.The test result indicated that this system can meet deformation measurement requirements with a high accuracy, and is with a certain generality. Meanwhile, the measurement result showed that the welding dynamic deformation curve has two characteristic value point, that is the down-warping maximum value point and up-warping balance value point, which well reflect the heating and cooling process of welding.
