摘要 介绍了采用"高频电阻焊(HFW)+热张力减径+全管体调质热处理"工艺开发的Q125钢级SEW石油套管,并对所开发套管进行了常规力学性能检测。检测结果显示,Q125钢级SEW石油套管屈服强度达到945~955 MPa,抗拉强度大于995 MPa,母材及焊缝横向冲击韧性分别大于133 J和98 J。此外,HFW焊管经过热张力减径和全管调质处理后,焊缝区与母材的组织及性能基本一致。检测结果表明,"高频电阻焊+热张力减径+全管体调质热处理"组合新工艺可生产满足APISPEC 5CT标准的Q125钢级石油套管,套管具备优良的综合性能,完全能满足油田用户的需求。 A new Q125 grade SEW oil casing produced by HFW+hot stretch-reducing +quenched-tempered heat treatment for full pipe body process was introduced, and the conventional mechanical properties tests for the developed casing were carried out. The results showed that the yield strength of SEW Q125 reaches 945-955 MPa, tensile strength is over 995 MPa, the transverse impact toughness value of base metal and weld is higher than 133 J and 98 J. In addition, after hot stretch-reducing and quenched-tempered heat treatment for full pipe body, the microstructure and properties of HFW pipe weld and base metal are almost same. The results indicated that Q125 oil casing can be produced by adopting the above mentioned process, which can meet API SPEC 5CT standard. The oil casing possesses excellent comprehensive performance and can completely meet the requirements of oilfield users.
