摘要
浦东新区旧住房改造工程在未来一段时间,不仅在量上、在内容上而且在技术方面都将需要进一步深化,对于旧住房改造工程的监管模式也提出了新的要求。因此,不断提升旧住房改造工程的管理服务水平,进一步完善行业管理制度,创新服务机制,整合属地化监管服务资源,强化旧住房改造的综合管理,并通过实施严格的监督管理,确保修缮工程的安全质量,做到有的放矢、有据可依,是目前面浦东旧住房改造工程面临的重要问题。
[ Abstract ] This Paper states the old building reconstruction project in Pudong New Area will be further deepened in quantity, content, and technology within a long time in the future, and proposes some new requirements on the supervision mode of the old building reconstruction project. Therefore, the old building reconstruction project in Pudong New Area are mainly confronted with such problems as continually improving the management service level of the old building reconstruction project, further improving the industrial management system, innovating system mechanism, integrating the supervision service resources of local authorities, strengzthening the comprehensive management on old buildings, ensures the safety and cluality of renovation proiect, and having a definite object and basis.
