Handling Skills for Doctor-patient Relationship Using "Conformance to Human Nature" Theory

经典著作《不失人情论》中分析了医患关系的正确处理方法,可用于指导实习医学生更好地处理医患关系。通过分析《不失人情论》中对病人、旁人、医人的关系,探讨古今医患关系的共性,并结合名医陈湘君教授处理医患关系的技巧,阐述如何处理医患关系的方法,及医学生医患关系教学的注意点,即在实习阶段,应通过学习经典及言传身教方法相结合的医学伦理指导方法,来提高医学生处理医患关系的技巧。

The classical literature, ＂ Conformance to Human Nature＂, contains correct treatment approach for the doctor - patient relationship, could be used to guide medical students better handle the doctor - patient relationship. By analyzing the relationship between patients, relatives and doctors in ＂ Conformance to Human Nature＂, this paper explored the commonalities of the past and present relationship, and through Professor Chert Xiang - jun skills for the doctorpatient relationship and to clarify how to deal with the doctor- patient relationship and the points in doctor - patient relationship education in medical students. The teaching attention points of medical students＂ doctor - patient relationship are during the internship, it should combine the classical learning and medical ethics guidelines to improve medical students＂ skills of dealing with the doctor - patient relationship.
