摘要
同道相处融洽与否,对于医院和职工的发展、患者的治疗康复都有重要影响。目前,同道相处存在医院领导重视和引导不够、团队凝聚力不强和职工缺乏交往方法与技巧等问题。因此,医院领导应重视和引导职工融洽相处,以身作则、模范引领,实施参与和激励管理、形成民主氛围、协调人际关系。而科室则应规范管理,建设纯项目小组,营造互尊、互助、互学的氛围。职工个人则应立足实情、端正态度,与同事、领导进行有效沟通。
Hospital leadership should attach importance in guiding their staff to get along well with each other by setting up a good example, implementing participation and motivation management mode, aiming to form democratic atmosphere, harmonious interpersonal relationship. Departments should standardize the management, constmcting project teams, building the atmosphere of mutual respect, mutual assistance and mutual learning. Every staff should do right based on the fact, have correct attitudes and communicate effectively with colleagues.
