摘要
介绍了萤火一号(YH-1)火星探测器的总体设计和型号特点。总结了深冷环境适应性、活动部件及电子器件的休眠-唤醒、自主控制、深空测控、整器磁清洁控制等五项关键技术的攻关,以及型号研制中主要阶段的工作。提炼了积极鼓励技术创新,重视关键技术攻克;科学调度,管理创新,确保后墙不倒;优化技术流程,确保标准不降,程序不减;重视人才培养,稳定型号研制队伍;严格过程控制,质量管理高标准;加强组团管理;友好协商,对俄合作为国争光;严肃在俄纪律,与国内保持密切联系等研制管理经验,可为我国后续自主火星探测研制提供借鉴作用。
The overall design and model features of YH-1 Mars probe were introduced in this paper. The key five points including cryogenic environment adaptability, sleep-wake of moving parts and electronic components, sell control, deep space TT&C, magnetic cleaning control of the entire probe, as well as the main stages of the probe development work were summarized. The management experience of encouraging of technological innovation and focusing on key technology overcome, scientific control, management innovation which ensured the dead line, optimization of technical processes to ensure that the standards were not degraded and the numbers of procedures were not decreased, attention to personnel training, stabilization of model research team, strict processing control, high standard quality control, strengthening team management, and cooperating with Russia thoroughly, friendly consultations in order to honor our "country; following the discipline in Russia and maintaining the closed links with domestic, were refined, which could provide a reference for the follow-up self-exploration on Mars in China.
