摘要 针对微小卫星姿控系统对微型飞轮的需求,设计了一种微小型、长寿命的飞轮。给出了微型飞轮的总体组成。控制电路采用数字量控制一体化设计,电机转子和轮体一体化设计,控制软件实现对飞轮两种工作模式四种工作状态的控制。介绍了轴承组件的润滑系统、预载荷设计和寿命预测,电机组成及特性、定子和转子,控制电路的微控制单元、电动驱动单元、电机电流采样反馈单元、飞轮温度采样处理单元、RS485通信接口电路及其电路元器件选用,飞轮控制软件需求、任务流程和运行模式等关键技术。地面和环境模拟试验考核表明:微型飞轮设计正确,各项性能指标满足微小卫星姿控系统要求。 To meet the requirement of miniaturization flywheel for small satellite application, a miniaturization flywheel with long life was developed in this paper. The overall composition of the flywheel was given out. The rotor and shell were integrated designed. The two functions and four states of the flywheel were controlled by the control software. The key technologies were presented, which were the lubrication system, preload and life estimation of the hearing component, and the composition, characteristic, stator and rotor of the motor, and micro control unit, electric drive unit, motor current sampling and feedback unit, flywheel temperature sampling and treating unit, RS485 communication interface and components selection, and the requirement, flowchart and circulate mode of the flywheel control software. The test results of the ground and environment simulation showed that the design of the flywheel was correct, which performance met the requirements of the attitude control for small satellite.
