基于TOPSIS方法的西安市旅游业与城市发展协调关系研究

A Study of Coordination Relation between Xi'an Tourism and Urban Development Based on TOPSIS

以西安市为例，构建旅游业和城市发展协调评价指标体系，在对二者关系进行测度的基础上，应用熵值法和TOPSIS方法计算了西安市旅游业与城市发展协调系数，并对二者的协调性进行评价。结果表明：①在1996-2010年期间，西安市旅游业与城市发展协调系数呈现逐年上升的趋势，并且越来越靠近理想值；②从变化系数来看，2005～2006年、2008～2009年、2007-2008年这3个时期的变化系数最大，2002-2003年、1998～1999年、1996～1997年这3个时期变化系数最小；③西安市旅游业与城市发展的协调程度ALl996年的非常不协调向2010年的非常协调转变，等级水平不断提高，但是各年协调改善程度并非持续性增加，西安市旅游业与城市发展协调关系存在恶化的风险。

The Coordination coefficient of Tourism and Urban Development in Xi＇an was calculated by the TOPSIS and entropy method in this study. Results show that： （1）The coordination coefficient of tourism and urban development in Xi＇an presented a gradually rising trend from 1996 to 2010; （2）During the whole study time period, the greatest variations of coordination coefficient happened in three time periods： 2005-2006, 2008-2009 and 2007-2008, while the smallest variations of coordination coefficient happened in another three time periods： 2002-2003, 1998-1999 and 1996-1997; （3）Coordination degree between Xi＇an tourism and urban development changed from severe disharmony in the year of 1996 to very harmonious state in the year of 2010 gradually. However, the annual coordination degree didn＇t show continuously increase. There is still a risk of coordination relation between Xi＇an tourism and urban development to be exasperated.
