摘要
采用复合纺丝方法制备了PA6/PET皮芯型负氧离子纤维。研究探讨了纤维的复合纺丝工艺,并对该功能纤维的物理机械性能、取向度、抗静电性能、吸湿性能、负氧离子释放量等相关性能进行了测试分析。结果表明:皮层的纺丝温度随着纳米功能粉体含量的增加而提高,纺丝压力也逐渐增大;皮芯复合纺丝保证了功能纤维的物理机械性能,功能粉体添加的质量分数为10%时,纤维具有较理想的负氧离子释放量,且该功能纤维的吸湿性能、抗静电性能均有了明显提高。
PA6/PET sheath-core oxygen anionic fiber was prepared through composite spinning method. This paper studied and discussed composite spinning technology of fiber, and carried out test analysis of the properties of the functional fiber, such as the mechanical property, degree of orientation, antistatic property, moisture absorption property and the quantity of oxygen anion release etc. The results showed that the spinning temperature and pressure increased with the increase in the contents of functional nano-powders; Sheath-core composite spinning guaranteed physical and mechanical properties of functional fiber; when the additive amount of functional powders was 10%, the fiber owned ideal quantity of oxygen anion release; besides, moisture absorption property and antistatic property of the functional fiber were enhanced obviously.
