摘要
为研制具有良好阻燃效果且环保的阻燃丝/棉织物,选用2D树脂并对其进行醚化改性及工艺优化。研究结果表明,最佳醚化工艺条件为:醚化温度70℃,醚化时间3.5h,2D树脂与乙二醇的摩尔比1∶1。最佳条件醚化的2D树脂中羟甲基甲醛相对含量为91.72%,游离甲醛含量为0.97%。通过红外光谱分析证实了2D树脂已被醚化。醚化2D树脂用量为110g/L时,丝/棉织物可获得优良的阻燃效果,游离甲醛含量可有效降低至20mg/kg以下,且具有较好的耐洗性。
In order to develop environmentally-friendly flame-proof effect silk/cotton tabric with good flame-proof effect, 2D resin was used to optimize etherification modification and the technology. The research results showed that the optimal technological conditions for etherification were: etherification temperature 70℃, etherification time 3. 5h, molar ratio of 2D resin and ethylene glycol 1 = 1. In 2D resin with the optimal etherification conditions, the relative content of hydroxyl-methyl was 91.72%0, and the content of free formaldehyde was 0. 97%. 2D resin had been etherified according to infrared spectroscopic analysis. The silk/ cotton fabric had excellent flame-proof effect and the dosage of free formaldehyde could effectively decrease under 20mg/kg when the dosage of the etherification of 2D resin was ll0g/I.. The fabric showed good washability.
