农户参与小农水管护满意度的影响因素分析——基于江西省农户调研数据

Influencing Factors Analysis of Farmers' Satisfaction Index to Participate in Small-scale Irrigation and Water Conservancy Management: Based on Survey Data of Jiangxi Province

利用江西省1196个农户的调查数据,采用结构方程式模型(SEM)分析方法,在费耐尔逻辑模型的基础上构建农户满意度模型,研究农户对小农水工程管护满意度及其影响因素。研究结果表明,在农户满意度影响因素模型中,农户资源禀赋对满意度没有显著的正向影响,但是可以通过与农户认知因素的相互作用,对农户满意度产生间接的正向影响;用水协会组织特征和农户认知因素对农户小农水管护的满意度有显著的正向影响。根据研究结论提出相应的政策建议。

Based on the 1196 peasant households＂ survey data in Jiangxi Province, the paper evaluated farmer satisfaction to small irrigation and water conservancy management and its influencing factors by us- ing structural equation model （SEM）. Based on the Fornell logistic model, the paper built farmers satisfac- tion index. On the influencing factors model of farmers＂ satisfaction, the result showed that the factor of farm- ers＂ resources endowment had no significant effect on farmer satisfaction to small irrigation and water conser- vancy management, but it could have indirect positive effects on farmer satisfaction to small irrigation and water conservancy management by interacting with factor of farmers＂ cognitive. Factor of water using associa- tion organizational characteristics and farmers cognitive had significant positive effects on farmer satisfac- tion to small irrigation and water conservancy management. Based on those reach findings above, this paper gave some corresponding policies and suggestions.
