The management of college students as the basic work of college students, is an im- portant part of college work. With the development of society and economy in China and the in- depth reform of higher education, the university student management is facing new challenges. Therefore, college educators are supposed to attach great importance to the new situation, and new problems emerging in the student management work, and promote the increase in the level of the student management work by renewing the idea of management, improving work meth- ods, pertinence and practicality of student management work.
