基于Logistic模型的大学生就业影响因素分析——以河北农业大学现代科技学院学生为例

Analysis on influencing factors of college students employment based on logistic model——A case of Department of Modern Science & Technologg of Agricultural University of Hebei

针对毕业生就业存在供需矛盾加剧、高校专业设置与社会需求脱节、高校对大学生就业规划引导不够、大学生自身专业素质低、企业抬高门槛等问题。通过对河北农业大学现代科技学院600名毕业生的问卷调查,引用多元统计分析中的二项式Logistic回归模型,对大学生就业影响因素进行了较为深入的计量研究,从政府政策支持、科学设置专业、加强就业指导、提高自身素质方面提出政策建议,以期对大学生就业有所帮助。

Abstract： According to the intensified conflicts between supply and demand, the separate pro- fessional setting from social needs of college students, the inadequate employment planning guidance, and even higher threshold to enterprises in the the college graduate employment, this article makes a deep measurement analysis on the influencing factors of college student employ- ment through questionnaire survey of 600 graduates from the Department of Modern Sciennce and Technology, Agricultural University of Hebei by using the binomial logistic regression model of multivariate statistical analysis, and simultaneously proposes some suggestions in the aspects of government policy support, scientific professional setting, reinforcement of employ- ment guidance and self competence improvement, which are supposed to benefit the college graduate employment.
