Discussion on the Party construction in the new era among college students

做好新时期大学生党建工作,是发展社会主义事业、巩固我党执政地位和加强大学生思想政治教育的需要。当前,高校大学生党建工作还存在理论教育滞后,部分学生党员宗旨意识不强,党员管理和评价体系不完善等问题。为此,应当建立一支高素质的党建干部队伍,加强理论教育和培训,树立"带头型"基层党支部,建立健全党员管理和评价体系。

The Party construction among college students in the new era is required in develo- ping Chinese socialist cause, consolidating the ruling status of the Party and strengthening the ideological and political education of college students. At present, there still exist some prob- lems in the Party construction among the college students, including the lack of theoretical ed- ucation for the student Party members, weak consciousness of tenets among some Party mem- bers, and imperfectness of Party member management and evaluation system. Therefore, high- quality Party cadres are supposed to be cultivated~ strengthen the theory education and train- ing~ establish leading grass-roots Party branches~ and establish party member management and evaluation system.
